The EXHEAT® ‘FP-C’ Range of flameproof core immersion heaters offers a Hazardous Area heating solution for oil and similar applications where a low heat density is required.
The special element/sheath arrangement allows the element cores to be withdrawn for inspection without system drain down. The standard heater consists of a number of
element cores fitted into a mounting flange. A robust flameproof terminal enclosure protects the electrical connections. The number of element cores fitted depends
upon the media to be heated and the kilowatt rating required.

The Exheat „RFA” range of flameproof rod-type immersion heaters is suitable for installation in process tanks, safety showers, engine sumps, pressure vessels
and similar plant, located in zone 1 and 2 Hazardous Areas where flammable atmosphere is a group IIA, IIB or IIC gas. They are suitable for heating all process liquids
or gases which are non-corrosive to the materials of construction.

terminal enclosure protects the electrical connections. The watts density of the element core fitted depends upon the media to be heated and the kilowatt rating required.

The “ISES-L” and “FP/BFP-L” series of hazardous area immersion heaters are ideally suited for installation within process tanks, sited in zone 1 or 2 hazardous areas. The
design of the heater provides horizontal mounting of the elements, beneficial for low liquid level applications but allowing vertical installation which facilitates withdrawal
from the vessel top. This design of heater is particularly for heating for heating the contents of underground storage tanks.
